We take the time to understand and refine how to articulate your expertise, your audience, and what you’re building. This is where we step into your world so everything we create actually fits. We also begin exploring brand direction and visual inspiration together.

Content Strategy and Direction
We deliver a clear strategy for your social media based on your field and what’s already working. Once aligned, we begin posting on your behalf – twice a week, across up to two platforms. Your 8 weeks of social media content begins once everything is approved.

Brand Identity Creation
We present multiple logo concepts and brand directions based on everything we’ve learned.
You choose the direction that feels right, and we begin building around it.
We also begin delivering social media scripts if you plan to be on camera.

We created Two Months to Launch because we saw a real gap for real experts. People who were undeniably talented: Professors, artists, creators, thought leaders, and coaches.

What should I expect on the introductory call?
This call is with one or both of the Malibu West agency owners.
We’ll walk through what you’re building, what you need, and whether this is the right fit for you. You’ll have space to ask questions, understand the process, and get clear on what working together would look like.
It’s a conversation, not a pitch. We want to make sure this is the right solution for your goals, and that we’re aligned before moving forward.
How involved do I need to be?
You’re involved in the right places, but you’re not responsible for figuring anything out on your own.
We lead the process, bring you options, and guide decisions so you’re never stuck trying to make it all happen yourself. We meet with you weekly to share progress, gather your input, and provide direction along the way.
For best results, we recommend some level of involvement in your social media, such as filming or sharing existing content. Not required, but we’ll make it simple and support you through it.
What if I don’t have everything fully figured out yet?
That’s completely normal.
You don’t need everything perfectly mapped out before starting. Part of our process is helping you clarify your positioning, your offer, and how it all comes together.
You bring the expertise. We help shape how it’s presented.
What if I don't want the full package?
Our 8 week program was designed to give you everything you need in one streamlined experience, bundled together at our best price.
That said, we also offer each of these services individually for people who aren't seeking a full package. Some clients only want a website built, while others may only need a brand, consulting, or social media support.
Our recommendation is to start with an introductory call so we can learn more about your goals and help point you toward the best fit, even if that ends up being a smaller scope than the full package.
What if I already have a website or brand?
Many of our clients come in with something started, but it doesn’t reflect the level of their work or where they want to go.
We’ll either refine what’s there or rebuild it in a way that actually supports your next chapter.
What if I don’t like being on camera?
If you’re open to it, we’ll guide you and make it simple. If not, we can build your social media presence in other ways that still feel aligned with you.
Will I own everything at the end?
Yes. Everything we create is yours. Your website, your brand, your assets.
You’re not locked into working with us long term, and you’ll have the ability to manage things on your own after we wrap.
How quickly will I see results?
You’ll have a fully built and launched brand within 8 weeks.
From there, growth in your social media presence and audience will build over time as you continue showing up consistently and using the best practices we've helped you begin to implement and understand.
Is everything guaranteed to be completed within 8 weeks?
We follow a structured 8-week process and aim to stay as close to that timeline as possible.
That said, timing can shift depending on communication, feedback, and any changes made along the way. Delays in approvals or adjustments to your offer or direction can extend the timeline slightly.
Your program includes 8 consulting calls and 8 weeks of social media support, beginning once everything is aligned and approved.
If additional support is needed beyond that, we’ll always discuss it with you first and only move forward with your approval.
What does “Launched” really mean?
“Launched” means your brand and website are live and ready to be shared.
You’ll have a fully built website, a clear brand logo and/or direction, and an active social media presence that supports it.
